New Writers Quote Challenge

“Children have never been very good at listening to their elders, but they have never failed to imitate them.”
James Baldwin

“Children have a marvelous way of growing up despite us.” Original Author Unknown. (I heard it from my father).

Now that we’re all grown (more or less 😉 ) I noticed my sons as well as their children carry on some of my traits and behaviors I’m working to correct or improve upon. I hope they’ve also learned to laugh often, not take themselves too seriously and above all else trust God.  -Roo

“Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it.” Proverbs 22:6 (NLT)
