Thoughts on a positive, prayerful life in today's world.
“Books are like seeds. They can lie dormant for centuries and then flower in the most unpromising soil.” (Carl Sagan); “Nothing ever dies on the Internet.” (anon.); “This is not your father’s Oldsmobile.” (Madison Ave. [m]adman). My posts amalgamate these three philosophical elements into one novel experience; they champion critical thinking, human dignity / equality, levelheaded / even-handed / liberty-based governance and solid environmental stewardship. Oh hey, I used to have a disco light monitor! I didn’t bother seeing if it could be fixed though, it seemed the perfect excuse to dance myself over to Best Buy for a new one. 😉

I’ve seen it a few times. It’s usually either the monitor or the monitor cable. Cables are still available but the older the device, the harder it is to find monitors. ‘Hard to believe a four-year-old is a dinosaur. Still, it’s worth a try. Meanwhile, I’m writing on a pre-2012 steel case Toshiba running Win 7. Seven. I’m getting far more patient with Speech-to-text on my cell – LOL! Take good care of you, Christi!

Thank God your friend can fix your computer monitor! We have all become so dependent on our devices as it is now the means through which we work & connect with others. He sure does know how to meet our needs.

Amen, my friend. We are still awaiting that part, but I am glad for a little rest.

Anything about technology that doesn’t rhyme with “new computer” is excellent news!
